Service use
Customers must use hosting, domain, email, and support services lawfully and must not abuse infrastructure, attack other systems, distribute malware, or host prohibited material.
Orders and activation
Orders may be recorded as pending until payment and account details are reviewed. Services can be activated, suspended, or cancelled according to payment status and acceptable-use requirements.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for accurate account details, secure passwords, backups of critical content, domain renewal awareness, and compliance with applicable laws.
