4. Payments and Billing
All services are billed on a prepaid basis. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in service suspension or termination. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for web hosting packages. Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and VPS instances are strictly non-refundable.
5. Backups and Data Loss
While we perform automated backups on specific plans, we do not guarantee data recovery. You are strictly responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of all website files, databases, and emails.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service at any time without notice if you violate these Terms of Service. In the event of a violation, no refunds will be issued.
